Intermediate / Junior Full-Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using Spring Framework, JSP, ReactJS, and potentially Angular.
Design and implement RESTful APIs to integrate with front-end applications.
Must have discipline in writing code.
Collaborate with other developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality products on time.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.

Requirements:

Cyber Security Officer

Responsibilities:

Support basic threat monitoring and log analysis (e.g., from SIEM or cloud console).
Assist with patch management and endpoint protection tasks.
Help conduct vulnerability scans and document remediation plans.
Manage account access and permissions (IAM hygiene).
Maintain asset inventory and help enforce security policies.
Draft incident logs and contribute to internal security reports.
Research current cyber threats and support awareness campaigns.
Learn and support compliance initiatives (e.g., PDPA, PCI DSS, BNM RMiT).

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's in Cybersecurity, IT, or Computer Science (or equivalent)
Fresh graduates welcome, especially with final-year project or internship in cybersecurity
Basic understanding of firewalls, encryption, access control
Familiar with Linux/Windows command line, networking, cloud basics (e.g., HWC)
Enthusiastic about pursuing certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH)

Digital Marketing Manager / Executive

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote Axaipay's products and services.
Create content for various platforms, including social media, websites, email newsletters, and more, to engage with target audiences.
Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that align with business goals and generate quality leads.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Manage the company’s social media accounts and online presence to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using KPIs and metrics to optimize strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure consistent messaging and a unified brand experience.
Participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to showcase Axaipay’s offerings.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to enhance marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fintech, payments, or technology sectors. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Simplified Chinese will be an added advantage.
Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and campaign management software.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for content creation.
Experience with email marketing platforms such as EngineMailer, Mailchimp, etc.
Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.

Merchant Services Executive

Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (merchants and partners) through our communication channels (phone, email, and live chat).
Act as a point of contact for merchant inquiries, issues, and escalations.
Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from customers and maintain high customer satisfaction.
You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals.
Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service.
Continuously identify work process improvements.
Communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Department Head.
Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required.
Must demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality – Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Provide ongoing training and resources to merchants on using the company’s solutions.

Requirements:

SPM, STPM, Foundation, Diploma or Degree in any field.
Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Have an excellent command of spoken and written English. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred.
Personality traits – Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focused.
Customer service skills – Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, immaculate telephone manners and communication skills.
Analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills.
Stress tolerance and able to work under pressured environment.
Willing to work in shift rotations to ensure we have 24/7 service levels (rotate once a month)
